We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Each piece is handwoven and unique, and we ensure all items are checked carefully before shipping.

We will only assist in cases where:

  • The item received is damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item was sent

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos along with your order number.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Color differences due to lighting or screen display

  • Natural variations in handwoven textiles
