We ship both nationwide (Philippines) and international orders.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 days after payment has been confirmed. Since all items are prepared and handled carefully, slight delays may occur during peak periods.

Shipping Time
Philippines: 3–8 working days depending on location
International: 5–10 working days via express courier (DHL), depending on destination

Please note that shipping times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Philippines
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed after order placement for manual payments.

International
International shipping is handled via DHL and is based on actual courier rates from the Philippines.

Due to courier pricing structure, a minimum charge of 1kg applies even if the package weighs less. Shipping costs increase depending on the total weight of your order.

All international shipping fees shown at checkout reflect real shipping costs based on weight.

We recommend placing multiple items in one order to maximize shipping value.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Important Notes

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation

  • Orders using manual payment methods (GCash, bank transfer, etc.) must include proof of payment and will only be processed after verification

  • Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 24 hours

  • Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs processing

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer
